api can't connect

So before last night my api was working fine, note: I have not edited anything.
Now today it opens redirects me to client.php, idk why this is happening. My retro list url points to /client, everything looks fine.
Please help.
It says:

Should be working now, "votingapi.com" was down because of an IP change.
