This is not my First Animated Banner. however i want you to tell me, how can i Improve? is it bad or good? Too fast or too slow.

It looks like you have started to do a border on both sides but didn't finish it properly at the top and bottom, but anyway a completed border around the image would look neater so why don't you want to add one?
