all old school server erors -the same

i think this might be my computer
but every time i open debbo project v3.5 v3 SE bloodline hablux rp and pixalevo i get the same eror
my MSWINSCK.OSX doesnt work, it says its either missing or incorectly registerd, yet on all three of them i have it. i downloaded from thehabbos.org download thing. help?

google MSWINSCN.OCX and put it in there. If that doesn't work, then put MSWINSCN.OCX in system32.
