Adding pages such as VIP

I just installed revcms and everything works but I want to complete the layout by adding all the named pages in the sitemap. I've read the manual and I've tried to add pages but when I go to site/vip or something it doesn't show up and I get the 404 error, so how do I add pages?

You go to /app/tpl/skins/mytemplatename/ <-- Add pages here

Then you go to mywebsite.com/vip
