Adding Custom Commands to Emulator - NEED URGENT ADVICE

Hi, this is my first post on this Forum! My name is Joe, and I am interested in Habbo Retro Emulators. It's been a while since I've played Habbo, or Habbo Retro's, and I'm noticing that the scene is pretty much dead. I have a friend who owns a hotel and I want to learn the skills needed to add custom commands suck as :massbuy to a server.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could explain to me what I need to learn, and where I can learn it.. I am confident I will be able to achieve my goal as I have learnt HTML, CSS and PHP through my own studies.

It's coding, there isn't a tutorial you just open it in VisualBasic or another C+ editing software and edit the code. There isn't a tutorial how to code, you can try to learn it through online courses which will teach you the basics
