Your page (Soul) is not directly linking to your hotel. The url has to go directly to the website intended, the hotel. In your case, it firstly links to a page that also forces you to vote on the hotel, and not the hotel itself.
If you fix that, then I can pardon this punishment and your account will be fully restored.
