We need more than that to go off of. Is this person actually on the client? I’m a bit confused on this part too you didn’t explain very well-
To me this sounds like invalid assets or invalid format in the json file.

Open your dev tools and go to the error console and show us that.

And when me or others are playing in game, after an hour we need to reload the browser because no furni, clothing and even the catalog won't load but for the first hour everything loads perfectly

Oh that may be a cloudflare thing then,

Do you have under attack mode on? If so, you can go into your settings to change how long before someone needs to reverify they are human.

Can your friend not join the forum? Easier to communicate directly with the owner, rather than a middle person.

If using Cloudflare, sounds like the browser check is timing out then you need to refresh the page, to reset the check then it will work again
