Whos going to win the premier league this season (2017/18)

For me its gotta be Manchester City. They're fucking up the game atm

Manchester City for sure, I personally think Spurs will do well this year if not win it next. For the money City has spent this year, it would be very embarrassing to not come in the top 2.
