1.4 - 1.3 error

I've updated to 1.4.1
and now my server wont work,
I downloaded LATEST version from dl.bukkit.org
but it wont work, i don't get why the one above on mine is working.

There is a development build out for 1.4, but the latest Recommended build is for 1.3.2. The development build may break stuff.
