0 members online at /me page?

hello guys i got a issue recently and i hope someone could help me with it lets get to the point:

when there are players online it says in the Members online bubble that there is nobody online how do i fix thanks for your guys time

More specifically:
The issue is on any page housekeeping, homepage ect it shows up as 0 players online when there are multiple players online
If you could help with this issue that would be great!
