If you're on Windows you may as-well stick with IIS, as it was made for it. If you're willing to switch to a Linux distro, then this is when I'd consider using Nginx or Apache.
I wouldn't bother using the Apache or Nginx Windows builds (if you're going to use either of them use Nginx though).
But as said, stick with IIS - it was made to be ran with Windows/Windows Server.
