Try installing Helicon APE and it should read the default .htaccess file included with XenForo.
And about the post above, I have absolutely no idea why you would host two web servers in the first place.
Try a server with CobraHost, they're pretty awesome and have fairly cheap prices.
And also, if you are searching for Windows, then I recommend trying somewhere else as neither of the links you mentioned offer it.
