Well I own Brick, and have a api on it, and since friday 12 at night, when ever you try to enter the hotel, it takes you straight to client, like if its detecting thehabbos is down, and it's not counting the votes, I was wondering how to fix this??

you will need this:
HeliCON for .htaccess to configure with IIS. After you have installed this Restart IIS.
