Hello, I have been looking around for tutorials but had no luck in trying to set a first room for new users. By first room I mean when they load in they spawn with a room already in their name, with furniture owned by them.. like how habbo does it. Does anybody know how to do this?

Is anyone able to tell me how to decode the colours that show up in the Habbo.swf in the UI editor? It shows up as stuff like 0xff418db0 or 0xffffffff and I have no idea how to decode/change them.
