When I try and access my ASE, it denies me access by not letting me sign in.

Now, when I try to sign in, of course it instantly refuses.
Immediately, I knew that it was something to do with the ASE file in htdocs.
Now, here is where the problem appears...
Just done this, something very interesting happened.
When I logged back into Navicat, I checked my rank and it was 0.
I just ranked myself to 9 and I refreshed my retro and my rank has appeared to not update
I now appear on the staff page

I have ranked myself on Navicat MySQL as 9 under Users.
But when I go to my retro, I look at my ranks and it says 0, I then go to the Staff Page and I do not appear in Admins.
I've checked the staff page rank tolerance, and it says that it can accept 9 because I've just made it so.
I am not...
I had to delete Xampp and the htdocs folder, literally everything, because I believe I had a bad skin and my htdocs did not have ASE.
I'll be re-doing it again today.

So, I've just now created my own retro, and it comes with the unfortunate absence of the Housekeeping.
Now, first and foremost I use Xampp, not IIS.
And with this, I have checked the htdocs folder for ase and it is not there, although hk is.
hk is located in tpl > skins > Habbo > hk...
