how would i go about adding a button on the site to direct to it?

I am wanting to add a button on the retro site bar, ex " my account, community, store, forums" but i cant seem to figure it out. I dont want it to redirect to a free forum link i want it to go to it but have my link for ex "habon.pw/forums"

I am trying to find out how to setup the auto vote when a user clicks to enter hotel and it makes them vote on spot then play.
