This is my first banner I've made. Thoughts?

So, I've been doing staff badges for a while and I've recently started doing logos. I did two logos for my mates hotel the past week or so. Opinions? The Halloween themed logo is one I'm not too keen on to be honest. My friend was being picky about how it looked.
