Okey so i have no idea if this have been posted before if so im sorry, But i just got this new computer from work, And i just downloaded xampp on it, Apache works. But not xampp? It says:

When i log on the client it loads but when it is done it freezes, Everything i can see is the background (Hotel) and nothing else, And the emu says noone even try to connect! I have portforwarded and everything is how its supposed to be in config etc!
Why doesnt it work? Is it something i have done or is that normal?
