I can't do hosting through VPSland. Can you make it hamachi?

As the title says, I'll pay 15 -20. price can be negotiated r63 please. Non hamachi. Must have everything working including VIP, Client, Pages, Navigation, HC etcetcetc. you get my point. I'm buying because i can't make one myself, And i'm not a experienced coder. What do you think?
