So, I got hotel running SwiftEMU. However there is no trade option? We've been checking everything, and can't seem to find the bug. We've been googling for hours, and seen similiar threads, but no fix. Have anyone fixed this problem and mind sharing how they did it? Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can delete it. You could also edit it with notepad++ and enter the code above, and save as web.config
