forward slashes are ending your external variables get rid of the "/" at the end of a link
for e.g. (url)/r63/external_variables.txt not (url)/r63/external_variables.txt/
look in your client.php to see if you've edited that.

Hi, so on my hotel I'd be loading my client, it would load perfectly but the loading bar stays at the very last bar and the logo stays there too.
Could I have some help? I don't know if it is the .swf or I dunno?
