You can just get : XoaCMS v1.5 (The most stable CMS for RP's) XAMPP 1.7.1 (It will work. It works for me) Also, When you are done extracting the XoaCMS v1.5 to your Htdocs. The best way is to go http://127.0.0.1/install/
