A webserver like IIS has nothing to do with that. Can you paste your configuration file here? Left the password blank. I think you're using a wrong host. It must the ip address of the machine where it's running on.
I know that azure web now is using their own webserver so IIS isn't needed...
"Abraham" isn't a default host. I think it must be "localhost". The username is mostly "root" and the password that you've choosen. Web servers have nothing to do with the connection between mysql and your emulator.
