EVER HAD THIS ERROR?
Well To fix its pretty easy read below.
1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs.
2. Uninstall Xampp 1.7.4
3. Download Xampp 1.7.3 by going to http://xampp.en.softonic.com/
4. Install It.
5. Upload your CMS, install your CMS.
finished.
Xampp 1.7.4 is still in BETA.
