i am trying to set up Phoenix cf and i am about half when thoug the setup but When i Try and going to the 127.0.0.1/Cfide/administrator i get error HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error Help?

ok so im using xxamp and yea yea i know but i don't wanna but a vps yet anyways i have all the ports that should be open like port 80 and what not but no one can get on my site help?
