I was the other owner, and I happened to be the one who coded most of this CMS ;)
We had user count problems, closed Shock and opened another hotel which also failed in user count. We've closed now.
Although this CMS does not contain any exploits, there is s high possibility that it can because...
When I released Shock CMS on another forum I recommended that it was NOT used. It's coded badly, and contains possible exploits.
It's more of a release u can use to rip parts, not to use.

Thanks for releasing this for me, haha.
I'm the official owner of this CMS and I released it on a rival forum. If you need any help, please let me know (via pm or in this thread!) :)
We're sorry about that!
The issue was never fixed because the coder didn't work on the emulator since the announcement that we were closing - so it was pointless.
We're really sorry about it though.
It is a real shame to announce that Galaxy (may) be closing its doors on August 1st because we are simply unable to pay our server bills.
We would like to thank everyone for playing and helping us out.
We've done a few changes to voting on the homepage.
If any of you are having redirect loops, or troubles accessing any pages, please let me know ASAP! :)
Thanks guys! :)
