I have the same problem, im using IIS and i already opened ports 3306 30000 30001 and 80 still not working just on my VPS

When I enter my client on IIS it work but when I enter it from my pc it won't work it disconnect me I already port 30000 3306 30001 and 80 on Firewall. On my pc it doesn't work On IIS it works My Firewall if you want to check it.
