Click network, reload the page and if you see any red errors try and fix them.

If you're on google chrome you can right click before the flash starts up, click inspect element, then network. Otherwise go to google chrome settings, then inspect element.

Use inspect element and see if you're getting any red errors (404) for missing files for your client.
