haay im using phoenix 3.7.1 emu and when i try load my hotel this happens Can any1 help me ? iv only just upgraded my emu from 3.7.0 because its no longer active :'( thanks in advance :D

can some1 please help me. i want to remove the ingame news because it gets stuck loading :( iv disabled it in my vars reloaded emu and cleared cache but it still shows up when you time out of a room / when you use :unload is thre any way of compleatly removeing this ? thanks in advance :D

i have a r63 eng translated wakecms phoenix retro and when i create a room it already has ferni in it ive deleated custom layouts and ive deleated room modles but it still happens can any1 help me ? can any1 please help me ? thanks :p
