I have the exact issue you had with my retro. How did you go about solving it exactly?

Hey, I hav e the exact same issue as you. My retro client only loads when its localhost. I can login from other computers and everything the client just loads and fades as if the hotel screen will come up. My ports are open also and I turned my firewall completely off. What did you do exactly to fix this issue?
