. As far as I know, you can't actually buy that skin, so I guess it's not that bad. Regardless, I'm happy that Rito decided to give us these gifts - they're much better than IP boosts.

If you got the four IP boosts a few months ago, and haven't been restricted since, you should get it. It may take a few days, as they're giving the mystery gifts to like 95%+ of the community.
