I recommend . They keep no logs, you can portforward and there are many more features. All at a reasonable price.

Don't buy from either of those. The first one doesn't even sell VPNs.

If you want a cheap (but generally less defensive) one, get a small linux server and install OpenVPN on it. If you don't want to go through the hassle of all of that, I'd reccomend or .

Cyberghost do VPN's fairly cheap.
I've dealt with them about a month ago. Their PPTP method was broken (the didn't warn me or give any hint that it would be broken when I bought it) after I bought a 1-month plan. I then made a support ticket, and it took 2 weeks for them to reply, and another week and a half just for them to reply again. I ended up getting a solution, but they wouldn't give me a refund on the moth's time that I wasted with their product when the one method that I needed was broken. They do have many servers in lots of places though, so if you don't really care about support quality, then use them.
