UltraRP Closing straight away?

When ever I run the application it just automatically stops responding and closes, no errors come up on the emu, just closes.

I'm guessing it's something to do with the Mysql connector version, but I don't know what version it needs?

Or could you recommend me another v26 RP with the connector version it needs?
