you use what hotel swf , better your own swf . portforward it or buy a VPS.

I Mean My R63B Was Fully Edited To R63BRP Edition v1.5 And I Fixed The Majority Of Bugs, But Its Not Very Fun To Work On

Good tutorial for the people who know nothing, but as many have said, I wouldn't suggest using xampp for a public retro. I also wouldn't suggest using the original BcStorm, better off using the edited version by Leenster since that is fixed up.
Again, good for the newcomers/people who know nothing/noobs/whatever you want to call them.

Clear you cache and make sure any adblockers are disabled, It should work if you set it up properly.

Use Navicat to upload the DB.
