To add a theme you need to export the skin folder into htdocs > app > tpl > skins
Then open config.php and change "Habbo" to the skin name.

I did that but you know some themes come with all the htdocs folder right? but even when i replace all the htdocs folder the community page is always messed up but the other pages aren't

Oh, some themes won't work with the BcStorm DB, most Habbo edits won't.
