The coins doesn't save? ERROR

Hello everyone I have a problem I need help with. When I give the players at my hotel extra coins with either the commando :masscoins or :coins, then they get the coins! But if they log off and back in, then the coins are gone on their user, the coins do not save! Can anyone help me with this error?

I use BCSTORM R63B Hotel

You have to give them at least 1 coin for logging in in pixels, and credits. Else you will lose every time.
