I'm looking for a desginer but a bit different that the normal. I'm looking for someone who can draw cartoon characters on diferent scenarios, like an animated series, but just want a frame.
I'm willing to pay, and looking for how much it should cost for some designs (more than 10), this will be for an online browser game.
The images should be 16:9 ratio.
