I only started doing CSS a few days ago and I've always wanted to be able to code my own index and register. This is my first real release and I know it's plain (obviously as I've only started doing this) but I hope it's alright and I'll do more!
That's the final result but before that, it looked like this.

Add the css folder to your htdocs/wwwroot.
Add the index.php/register.php to your skin folder.
Add the images folder to your htdocs/wwwroot.
Note: Internet Explorer doesn't support this very well. Google Chrome/Opera are fine that's all that I know.
