As I said, open app/tpl/class.forms.php, go to line 86 and paste it in here. If you are using Notepad++, you can identify the lines by the numbers on the left side.

I just Redo it all ;D. and didnt edit Phoenix config.conf ;D.

Phoenix has nothing to do with website-related problems. Phoenix only emulates the client itself.
