I saw a nice CMS on other foras, and I saw it wasn't released here, so I do it.
I use it, and I love the CMS.

Whats in the Rar File?
1. The CMS with swfs (R63A).
2. Database.
3. Phoenix 3.11.

How to configure the CMS?
Go to Includes > Class > class.config.php.
