Hello, ive made an layout based on HTML and Javascript. It is an easy template to edit and all you need to do is open index.htm and edit the stuff you want!

I dislike the layout. However, I like the JavaScript bit as it could serve as a learning aspect.

Good work, Nice try.. For a first that's great.. At least you're not stealing others' work and slapping your name on it. It's a great layout although I wouldn't exactly classify this as a maintenance layout, this one has too much content, xD Good work though, 9/10

I don't like it the habbo maintainence page what is already included is better also if you want to make it more like a maintainence page at some maintainence items like for example:

TEXT - Sorry but <name> hotel is currently down
Buttons - Forums > Twitter > Facebook
Picures - Frank > Staff > Hotel BG
