Can someone help me out with this? I already have the topbar, I just need someone to do the text for me and make it refresh by itself without reloading the client.

Look it up and code it yourself. We give you the tools you need, or we work with you to help solve your code. We don't spoon feed your hotel features. What you are looking for is to use Javascript to refresh your div box after x amount of seconds
