Maybe try the Lato font (

Nah, the weight of the font. In Photoshop it'll say "regular" change this to "light"

I'd also focus on your alignment - if you stuggle with this enable smart guides in photoshop (view -> show -> smart guides) as these help you line everything up perfectly.
