[PlusEMU] Set permissions for ranks

Is there any way to set what some ranks can do and don't using Plus Emu?

The above answer is correct. Although why wouldnt you just take ten seconds to click through each table in your database and find out yourself...? No offense but if you cannot even click through a database to learn what controls what, you should not run a retro, and i highly doubt you could maintain one that would interest anyone. Although then again you have to learn somewhere right? We all have noob moments. Good luck and I hope you become fluent with the workings of a retro
