php error on iis

Hi guys, i got this problem on iis:
I've already put all files in C/program files/PHP
what i have to do?

Go to your IIS Manager, PHP manager, and register php, select the php.ini from your program files and run it.

EDIT Apologies if I wasn't clear but after you load up your IIS manager, select default site and you should see php there, if not you need to install a php manager.

i've already installed php manager, but when i doubleclick on it, it show me this error:
and when i click on "ok" this appear:

Sorry should be a php-cgi file. What PHP version are you running?
there is php-cgi file too, i'm using 8.1.19 version.
btw i installed everything first, then i've uninstalled and reinstalled all, maybe i forgot to uninstall something? idk.. what i have to check?
