i've already installed php manager, but when i doubleclick on it, it show me this error:Go to your IIS Manager, PHP manager, and register php, select the php.ini from your program files and run it.
EDIT Apologies if I wasn't clear but after you load up your IIS manager, select default site and you should see php there, if not you need to install a php manager.

there is php-cgi file too, i'm using 8.1.19 version.Sorry should be a php-cgi file. What PHP version are you running?
