Phoenix Emu 3.11 Exception

Hi one of my users keeps trying to get on but keep getting d/c even though its fine for everyone els this exception comes up on the emu how do i fix it please?

Try dropping the users table who can't get on and get them to create a new user? You can be able to refund their items and everything.

Look if the user ID 8502 has more then 1 entry's in the user table.
