Our hotel is ranking down

Hello,

I am one of those owners of Talk Hotel and we have been going very well
over the past few weeks. We have been looking on TheHabbos frequently
to check what rank we are. Last night we were ranked 12th and now we are ranked 15th
We have around 60 online now and get around 80-100 max each day. The hotels above us
only get around 20ish. What could be the issue? We are still receiving votes and the votes
are higher than some hotels above us.

Just because a hotel isn't getting a higher online daily max than you doesn't mean they get less users online, they probably have more online user persistence and keep that 15+ users online all day every day. You haven't really stated why this could be? there's got to be something, e.g they could have their voting page after register is complete or login is complete (not sure if its possible just an example) and you have yours on entry to the client? i'd say a good 15% of your total registered users on any hotel has never entered the client.

Don't just think that cause your up there your going to stay up there. Every semi-organised hotel has its good times and depending on how well you execute those good times depends on how long it will last. Don't sit around doing nothing but complaining and asking yourself how did this happen, do something about it.

You shouldn't judge the votes on a daily basis, Josh has set so that it stables out on a 7 day period and it gives you your average then, so they probably had alot more votes then you within the last 7 days.
