First of all, I'm only 14 so don't start flaming if I miss 1 thing, just clearly comment saying

Ok, you will need Xampp Control Panel
Now RevCMS 1.9.9.9
Phoenix Emulator, get a licensed Phoenix.
Now Phoenix DB: In the Phoenix EMU folder.
I suggest getting Notepad++ for easy editing:

You'll need WinRar the final download:
Setting up your hotel: Run Apache and MySQL in Xampp then go to Localhost/security click the red link thing and fill in your password and save it. Now go to localhost/phpmyadmin and log in with username 'Root' and go to import and import that database in the Phoenix EMU folder.. Make a new database titled 'test' or something like that doesn't matter. Extract RevCMS 1.9.9.9 to 'htdocs' in Xampp type in 'config' in the search bar and open it in Notepad ++. Shoud look like this:
Go to the top and edit: $_CONFIG['mysql']['database'] = 'rev_phoenix'; //MySQL database
to your database name.
When you get your SWF's and that setup, edit these to them. '/R63' is what the folder is called just saying

Now go to SQL in PHPmyadmin and insert
so you can register. You need to make yourself staff while your in there, go to 'Users' in the database and edit your rank to '7' for founder. Then after that do it in the Housekeeping:
Now run the emu and enter your hotel it should work, if I've missed anything comment below.

. A main problem with Rev is that it can come up with 'Incorrect access level' logout and log back in and it should work. Go into config in the emu and edit the details to yours and boom! (NOT YOUR 'USER' OR 'PASS' THOUGH! LEAVE THEM!)Now run the emu and enter your hotel it should work, if I've missed anything comment below
