so far i exported catlogue_tems/pages and imported the .sql files from the custom catalogue , catalogue_items/pages

Turn on your apache and mysql server on the ControlPanel for Xampp, If you have, if you have skype change ports and if your on teamviewer disconnect from it

You have to portforward to get it up
Search the forums for it...
