Depending on the specs and bandwidth of the server, the higher quality specs, the bigger bandwidth, the more it'll be expensive.
There are cheap hosting companies but has professional team and you can save alot & get the services as if you pay premium ones like @HostingAddicts.

I think that x10hosting has a VPS hosting for about $9/mo. But.. that's the Unmanaged version... About $30/mo. For Managed..
